The Outerimpact Ruger 10/22 Picatinny Rail/Base with 0 MOA delivers a lightweight, tactical, one-piece mounting platform for all of your accessories and optics. The Picatinny Base is precision machined from 6061 T6 billet aluminum. We recognize that rifle weight is not an issue when we are at the range.  However, when you are deep in the backcountry ounces begin to add up. This is why Outerimpact works towards keeping the Outeimpact Base – lightweight and low profile.
